Transparent terms for a worry-free sea adventure at Tadri Harbour.
1. Cancellations by Customer
- 24 Hours or More: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any third-party transaction fees).
- Less than 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip.
- No-Show: If you fail to arrive at Tadri Harbour at the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
2. Weather & Safety Cancellations
As a licensed operator with 10+ years of experience, safety is our priority. If we cancel a trip due to heavy rain, high tides, or technical issues:
- You will be offered an alternative time slot or date.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% full refund will be processed immediately.
3. Private 25-Seat Boat Bookings
Due to the exclusive nature of our 25-seat private boat charters, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations for private charters must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Changes to the number of guests must be communicated 12 hours prior to boarding.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card).
